The next award to be given at the UPHA National Conference AMHA Luncheon today is the International Award, which is awarded to Gunner and Ann-Sofie Lidmer.

In 1997, AMHA introduced this award, which is presented only when a person is identified who has gone the extra mile to introduce the Morgan breed in other countries.

The Lidmer’s were a key component in achieving registry reciprocity with the Swedish Morgan Horse Association. Congratulations, and thank you for promoting the Morgan breed!
